Bollcoin reported on October 19 that Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich stated that shareholders of Nasdaq-listed Super League (SLE) have voted to approve the proposed transaction with Metaplanet, marking an important step in the company's transformation from a Bitcoin treasury enterprise into a global Bitcoin-native financial platform. Upon completion of the transaction, Superplanet will become Metaplanet's US-listed Bitcoin treasury platform, with direct access to US capital markets to raise funds at the appropriate time.
