Bollcoin, October 19 — According to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter, Nvidia-backed AI data center developer Nscale had originally sought an IPO valuation of about $30 billion, but some investors have recently advocated setting the valuation between $16 billion and $19 billion to attract buyers. Nscale is currently addressing comments from the U.S. SEC on its listing application documents and plans to launch its roadshow after resolving them. Discussions are still ongoing and no final decision has been made. Previously, Microsoft withdrew from a data center partnership with Nscale in the U.K. due to project delays caused by power supply constraints.
