Bollcoin, October 26: According to a filing disclosed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Cryptex Digital Market Cap ETF submitted its sixth pre-effective S-1 amendment on October 23, planning to list on Nasdaq under the ticker "BAGZ," with Cryptex Finance as the sponsor. The fund plans to hold multiple crypto assets directly, building its portfolio according to the constituents and weights of the Cryptex Digital Market Cap Index and rebalancing with the index. The assets listed in the filing that could initially reach allocations of 5% or more of the fund's net asset value include BTC, ETH, XRP, HYPE, DOGE, SHIB, ADA and CTX, and the specific composition and weights will change over time.
