Bollcoin reported on October 19 that Anthropic's latest research report, "How employment is changing at Anthropic," shows that as of August this year, the interactive AI agent work hours deployed by employees had reached six times that of humans. The share of junior employees in the company's technical departments fell from 21% to 14% since early 2025, and the junior technical hiring ratio dropped from 27% to 9%. The report states that per-engineer code submissions grew fivefold compared to six months ago, output in non-technical roles such as sales and legal rose in tandem, and the rollback and deletion rates of AI code showed no difference from human-written code. Hiring managers now place greater emphasis on candidates' autonomy and judgment rather than domain-specific skills.
