Bollcoin, October 23 — The Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission has issued the National Informatization Plan for the 15th Five-Year Plan Period. The plan states that integrated application infrastructure should be improved. It calls for implementing the national blockchain network construction project to consolidate the foundation of the Internet of Value; accelerating the building of a nationwide integrated computing power network and promoting the coordinated development of computing power, electricity and networks; optimizing the layout of general-purpose computing power, intelligent computing power and supercomputing power; exploring forward-looking research and technological layout for space-based computing power; prudently building infrastructure for data circulation and utilization; creating new-type industrial networks and promoting the autonomous iteration of the mobile Internet of Things; building new-type broadcasting networks; and advancing the digital and intelligent upgrading of infrastructure in transportation, energy, municipal services, water conservancy and other fields.
