Bollcoin, October 22 — According to a Bloomberg report, SoftBank's share price has fallen roughly 50% from its record high set on June 2, likely due to rising financing costs and investor concerns over the sustainability of large-scale AI investment, with its market value dropping to about $157 billion. Just four months ago, SoftBank briefly overtook Toyota to become Japan's most valuable company. In addition, market concerns over financing risks in the AI sector continue to intensify, while SoftBank relies heavily on debt financing to deploy AI infrastructure. Its credit default swap (CDS) prices rose to their highest level in nearly four years this week, further heightening concerns about its financial position.
