Bollcoin, October 26 — Arthur Hayes posted that in the coming days, Flop Labs will open its development network (Devnet), allowing anyone to join as a miner or validator and supporting agents in connecting to the network. Participation in this phase will not earn any token allocation. The purpose of the Devnet is to conduct a series of public tests before transitioning to Testnet or conducting an airdrop.
