Bollcoin, October 29: A CryptoQuant report notes that Bitcoin's October 2026 return stands at -4.2% so far, far below the average October return of +18.1% since 2020. Bitcoin closed September at $83,567 and fell to $80,051 on October 25, and 2026 may become the second consecutive negative-return October. Per the report, Bitcoin spot demand has been negative every day since October 14, with cumulative 30-day apparent demand at -76,000 BTC as of October 25; US investors' buying appetite is weak, with the daily Coinbase premium falling to -0.146 on October 24, the lowest since June 30, and an October average of -0.093, three times that of September. Trader profit margins fell from 33% to 8%, and most of the buffer provided during September's decline has been exhausted.
