Bollcoin, October 28: According to a Financial Times analysis, Polymarket's best-performing account is an anonymous sports betting account called "swisstony", which has made $12 million in profit since April 2026. The account uses a high-frequency strategy, building 184,000 positions across 113,112 markets, with cumulative bets of $657 million and an average return per bet of slightly less than 2%. Other accounts in the top 10 profited through a small number of large bets, often exceeding $1 million each. The FT analysis also found that among users who bet more than $100, 68% lost money, and 4% of them lost their entire principal. Sports betting remains Polymarket's main source of revenue, and crypto price betting has also become an important driver, with wagering volume reaching $5.1 billion during the period.
