Bollcoin, October 21 — Shangjian Technology announced the completion of its Series C funding round. The round was led by Ant Group, with participation from BONC and Qiaobei Capital; the funding amount was not disclosed. Following the financing, the two parties will cooperate in areas such as AI financial agent R&D and financial vertical model training. Shangjian Technology was founded in 2017 by Fei Binjie. Its core product AlphaEngine has served more than 100,000 institutional investors, covering over 9,000 institutions. The company released the financial investment research agent AlphaClaw in March 2026, and launched the AlphaEngine institutional edition featuring a local-first architecture in September.
