Bollcoin, October 26: According to an 8-K filing Strive (ASST) submitted to the U.S. SEC, the company purchased 6,182 bitcoin between October 17 and October 23 at an average price of about $82,732 (including fees), for a total of about $511 million, lifting its bitcoin holdings from 36,818 to 43,000. Over the same period, its cash and cash equivalents rose from $317.5 million to $504.4 million, the number of SATS preferred shares outstanding increased from 0 to 7 million, and Class A common stock rose by about 3.27 million shares.
