Bollcoin, October 22 – According to TechCrunch, AI startup Recursive has launched Flint, a free open-source coding model. Its automated research system, Eureka Machine, was involved in most of the R&D process, and the team completed development in less than four months. Flint uses a mixture-of-experts architecture with 40 billion total parameters, activating only 2.5 billion parameters at a time and capable of running offline. The company says it generates 131 tokens per second on the M4 Pro chip, leading performance among models of similar size and marking new progress in AI developing AI on its own.
