Bollcoin, October 23 — Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) has launched its Hong Kong dollar stablecoin "RedCoin", which is available via PayMe starting today. Within the next few days, users will be able to open a stablecoin wallet within the app for person-to-person (P2P) and person-to-merchant (P2M) payments.
