Bollcoin reported on October 19 that Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin stated on X that he believes the ideal path to supporting various cryptographic schemes is through 8288: users adopt the required signature scheme locally, generate a STARK proof, and incorporate it into on-chain verification through the STARK aggregation mechanism, without uploading the original signature data to the chain as calldata.
