Bollcoin, October 27: According to Bitcoin.com News, Strategy will hold a special shareholders meeting on October 28 to vote on whether to amend the terms of its four perpetual preferred stocks—STRC, STRF, STRK and STRD—to implement daily dividend payments. The proposal requires support from a majority of the voting power of all outstanding common shares, with abstentions and broker non-votes counted as votes against. Michael Saylor controls 32.9% of the voting power, leaving him about 17 percentage points short. If approved, STRC will pay dividends daily in November at a 12% annualized rate, totaling $1 per share. If not approved, the dividend originally scheduled for November 15 will be paid instead.
