Bollcoin, October 26: According to Ripple's official announcement, Aviva Investors has launched a tokenized share class of its sterling liquidity fund on the XRP Ledger (XRPL), with Aviva investing £50 million (about $66 million). The fund's overall assets under management are roughly £22 billion — that figure is not the size of this on-chain launch. Following the July launch of tokenized shares in its dollar liquidity fund, total investment across Aviva Investors' two tokenized share classes now exceeds £86 million (about $116 million). The new share class uses a "digital twin" model, representing holdings on-chain while retaining the original off-chain fund structure as well as its investment objectives, risk characteristics, liquidity and regulatory protections.
