Bollcoin, October 20 – According to The Block, Mastercard launched its risk intelligence service Stablecoin Security at the Money20/20 USA conference, helping financial institutions assess stablecoin payment risks before funds go on-chain. It can trace the source of funds and identify potential links to fraud, scams, sanctions violations, and other financial crimes, and connects to banks' existing anti-fraud and compliance systems via API. The first partners are Borderless.xyz and Keyrails. The service will first launch in North America, with global commercial availability expected by 2027, and next year it will also incorporate BVNK, which Mastercard acquired in August this year.
