Bollcoin, October 22 — Cysic has issued a settlement proposal to the attacker who minted 10 million CYS tokens without authorization, demanding that the attacker return 275.872 ETH to an address designated by the Cysic Foundation within 72 hours of the on-chain announcement, representing roughly 90% of the confirmed ETH proceeds.
