Bollcoin, October 22: The Vitalik novel narrative meme coin project Zipcoin has announced its closure. On October 21, it received a notice from Railway that the project's entire codebase had been compromised, with related credentials and private keys potentially affected. After attempting to migrate or rotate credentials, the team was still unable to find a viable secure operating plan, and therefore decided to terminate the project. It is reported that the team will provide existing holders with a 6-hour selling window and plans to sell its remaining holdings and consolidate the funds at 00:00 Beijing time on October 23, in order to prevent attackers from moving the assets.
