Bollcoin, October 26 — According to Soneium's official announcement, the Ethereum Layer 2 network plans to issue an ecosystem-native token, SONEIUM, connecting creators, intellectual property (IP) holders, developers, fans, and investors. Specific token details and token generation event (TGE) arrangements will be announced later; the token has not yet been issued. Soneium also unveiled its on-chain entertainment economy plan, with Soneium Portal serving as the discovery and participation platform for IP tokenization projects. The first IP token project is the Japanese character Moriusa, to be followed by an IP Vault for royalty assets and tokenized IP bonds backed by entertainment businesses, as well as a partnership with DayOneDream to bring K-pop concert business royalties on-chain.
