Bollcoin, October 22 – According to TechCrunch, Flapping Airplanes, an AI lab founded about a year ago, announced the completion of a $1 billion Series A round co-led by Index Ventures and Lux Capital, with participation from Sequoia Capital, GV and others. Its valuation has tripled from $1.5 billion nine months ago. The company is focused on improving data efficiency in AI model training and developing a GPU framework that can simultaneously handle tasks such as training and inference, in order to reduce the cost of AI development and operation.
