Bollcoin, October 23: According to Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily (《科创板日报》), DeepSeek's new funding round brought in a number of industrial and financial investors, including Legend Capital, semiconductor-focused Shixi Capital and Geely. Meanwhile, DeepSeek has engaged CITIC Securities to advise on its IPO and brought in a new chief financial officer in September this year. Legend Capital and Lenovo Group both belong to the Legend Holdings system. Lenovo Group is a core industrial company under Legend Holdings, while Legend Capital is an important investment platform of the group. Legend Capital's participation in this DeepSeek funding round also means Lenovo-affiliated capital has formally entered DeepSeek's shareholder lineup.
