The cyber industry ecosystem will flourish, digital technology will be deeply integrated with the real economy, and the overall strength of cyber enterprises will be notably enhanced. Digital, networked and intelligent applications in the economy and society will reach a new level, with their role in empowering economic and social development and governance capacity markedly improved.
